We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for scheduled appointments. For urgent or same-day rides, we offer on-demand dispatch with an average response time of under 8 minutes, subject to availability.

Yes. Our fleet includes ADA-compliant wheelchair-accessible vans with hydraulic lifts and stretcher-capable vehicles. All drivers are trained in mobility assistance and patient boarding protocols.

If you are enrolled in Medicaid or Medicare, NEMT rides to qualifying appointments are typically covered. We are an approved provider and will bill your insurer directly. For private insurance, contact us and we will verify your coverage at no charge.

Absolutely. Once a driver is assigned, you receive a live tracking link via SMS. Family members or caregivers can open the same link to follow your journey in real time without needing an account.
